Title: About The Start Up Animation (blob)

I was wondering if you can change the xbox blob animation to another movie? or turn it off and if  so how?
Thank you.
also ive heard you can change the color of the x at the start up (*colormod) how do you do this?

No, we are not able to modify the animation, other than to fast-forward through it or skip it completely.  Colormods are the names of BIOS images that have the X and XBOX text different colors.

a program called XBTool will allow you to create a bios that changes the colour of the X as well as allowing you to turn off (and on) that animation.
