Title: Programmer Issue

OK i just got my programmer in, and i followed the tut here http://forums.xbox-s...6&hl=programmer
and i having a problem..... when i type in x2cable w bios.bin it says "unable to read driver"  does anyone know what the heck this means?   any help would be really great thanks a lot

what?  set what compatibility to windows 95?  how do i do that.  sorry if this is a dumb question i'm just confused and frustrated.  thanks a lot
