Title: X2.2 Pro...
Post by: Timbo8604 on July 03, 2003, 02:42:00 PM
i have this same problem, and others have said that if you turn switch 4 to ON you should get 01 d5.  But for some reason if i do this i still get 09 00.  I am going to try running x2bm through DOS when i figure out how.

Wow...I took out al the parts, and reassembled the chip, and it told me it couldn't even detect it.
But then i disassembeled it, and reassembeled it AGAIN and it gave me the 09 00 error (never thought i would be happy to see it)

But then i tried the 4 switch trick, and it worked  ... ?

In the tutorial though it says that other errors may be cause by the ribbon cable or bad soldering. (i hate that damn ribbon cable :|)
