I'm unable to get around the unable to start driver error on two different computers using all the methods (set to EPP, ECP port in bios), what the hell is the issue

Check the last page of my tutorial in my sig. I have had this problem, and just starting up win_lpc, and then closing it out and going back to the x2cable program worked every time.
