| Originally Posted by Stanneh ok on with the spiel there are currently 3 types of exploits you can use on your xbox 007/MA gamesave exploits - To use these you need either 007 agent under fire or mech assault and a way of getting a hacked gamesave to the mem card ps u need a mem card think Action Replay it has a method for getting saves to mem card via pc. the next is the audio Exploit splendid bit of work this you over write your original st.dbfile in your xbox hard drive E partition it resides in the Tdata folder you will find it i promiss when you overwrite that you can then place an audio signed application/dashboard in E but the name of the xbe file of your dashboard or application i.e evox or phoenix bios loader "PBL" Must be Linux.xbe Becouse thats what the hack is looking for i will explain why its better to use pbl at that point at the end when i explain what pbl is. ok last but certainly not least is the font hack ok this is an amazing hack but with an incredibly messed up side effect if you know that you cant repair your xbox hard drive if it where to say crash on boot and just loop and loop u should stay away from this exploit im giving you this 1 serious warning seriously listen to what this hack does and whats fucked ok the font exploit basically is 2 .xtf files in your xbox C partition you will have a fonts directory if not make one and put the 2 .xtf font Exploit files in there, if there is allready a fonts folder there will be 2 files inside there 1 called xbox.xtf another called xbox book.xtf rename them to be xbox.xft and xbox book.xft then add the font Exploit files in there now when your xbox turnes on the xbox ms dashboard will try to load up when it does it lookes to load .xtf font files in C:fonts it find the font Exploits and loads them in turn they look to load a font signed .xbe file which must be named Default.xbe this should be either a dashboard or application again I.E PBL. whats bad about the font exploit is that if your power is off for over say 6 hrs your xbox will allways ask you to set the clock now when you change the font files it cant load the dash to let you set it in which case it will simply loop and loop and loop sometimes it will just misteriously come out didnt really for me in testing there is a couple of font exploits now that tried to address it but havent really ever been able to trully fix it for some it will eventually come out of the looping atleast wit hthese improved fonts their names are The bert and ernie reloaded font exploit and bigfonts25 if your going to use the font exploit i wish you good luck but ofcourse i think your gonna be wise if your going to tho use one of those font exploits i just named. ok why load PBL? Phoenix Bios Loader does exactly what it sais on the tin it loads a bios the one it comes with when you download it will be called xboxrom.bin this bios is actually the very same bios used in executor 2 modchips its the x2_4977_BFM bios notice the BFM it stands for Boot From Media do not try to load anything but a boot from media i doubt it will harm your xbox indefinately but it will definately be fuckin headwork hot swopping n shit to fix that so ok you run your chosen exploit say here we load the audio exploit ms dashboard is waiting stick an audio cd in the drive wait till it loads and begins playing then click bB to go back then click Copy then go to copy again on the next screen then click A on the next screen then A again so thats "Copy Copy A A" then it will boot and look in E for linux.xbe which is actually the phoenix bios loader xbe file renamed to linux.xbe and signed with the audio signature so phoenix bios loader loads the executor 2 bios which in turn will look to load evoxdash.xbe in C which is your evox dashboard which you will have sitting in C for the executor bios to load if it fails to find it then it will go on to look for xboxdash.xbe which is the xbe file that launches the ms dashboard when your xbox is first turned on dont ever mess with it its really important that u dont ever mess with it either way it will load one of the dashboards but obviously you will want to have evox dashboard sitting in C that way you have a neet new dashboard that you can learn shit on please do yourself a favour also first chance you get backup your C and E drives i dont know anything else too add im babbling on now if i missed something thats a shame but im sure someone will point it out |
