Im dlin it from http://sourceforge.n...ojects/xbplayer, I just wanted to no if this is any good? An is it easy to install?

Congrats! You have just downloaded the sourcecode!!!

Now take the time and get XBMC instead, and get a compiled version instead of the sourcecode as i think you will have very very little use of it.
