you mean the light on your eject button?
you can do that with xbtool

By default it does use xbtool so that is probably the easiest way. However, you can also change it in the config.xml file. If you open it up with a text editor it has some remarks towards the bottom that tells you which number to put in for particular colors, that is where it is set to use the default bios led color which xbtool creates.
