Ok i am getting used to using the ftp and stuff with xbox media player and i even set up media player as my dash board. But i cant get streams to work.
I have relax .76 on my computer running as a service and open.
All of my media is on the e: drive on my computer so in that drive i have audiophile, theater room, and pics.
So i add those to my shares in relax. This seems to work fine.
Then i get my computers IP from a website that tells you your ip now here is where i am unsure if im doing it right my ip is 68.103.128.95 but i have 2 nics and im not sure if there is a nother IP for the other nic that the xbox is on or if its the same IP.
So in the config.xml i put the nameserver as my ip the one above.
then i add this to the music dir

So hoping that will work i upload the config to my xbox.
I restart the xbox and i have had relax running this whole time.
So now i look at relax it says no connections. So then i try to open the relax folder under my music it then freezes for awhile and then is right back at the my music folder.
I have my xbox hooked in on a seperate nic on my computer and i used the windows xp home networking wizard to set up the network. I then turned off the firewall.
Please help im running low on my xbox harddrive space.
