I'm very new with this so you guys have to bare with me. First issue I have is when
the first guy told me to look for config.xml, he doesn't explain to me if I need to look
in the F drive or E drive. Because both have the config.sml. I need someone to cut
and past where exactly in the config.xml that I need to change. I did what exactly
what you said and it still doesn't change a thing.

Did you look on page 7 of the manual?  The example is for audio, and you see the url line tells it where to look for the files.  Edit the "videos" section appropraitely and away you go.

Did you ever edit a config.xml file during your installation?  If not, that's a problem...  How did you install it anyway?

I formatted my F drive because I put 120gig upgrade. Then I installed a full version of 2.4
evo and it sill would default to E drive on the dadhboard instead of F drive.

You're meant to edit the config.xml file as said earlier. This is in the root directory (main folder) of where xbmp is. So say XBMP is in E:/Apps/XBMP then that's where config.xml is.

In what drive are looking for that xml.config anyway. I'm still lost. show me some pics and
I'll pay you $20.00. I do what I said.

You have to edit it on the computer(open it with notepad) and then you do what the guys said at first, then you take FTP or a CDRW and you copy the config.xml in the main XBMPDirectory on your Xbox HDD. It will overwrite the one you have right now and all will work. Dont forget tho you need to put the file you wanna read in the correct Path, Exactly the same.
