Title: Stack Multi-file Videos Doesn't Work.

You have todo it like this:

VTS_01_1 -CD1.VOB
VTS_01_1 -CD2.VOB
VTS_01_1 -CD3.VOB

Note the space before th - and all filenames are the same apart from teh -cd part.

Does "Stacking" multi-file video's eliminate the small pause / gap when a file transition occurs?

Nope, it just enabled the files to be played one after the other.
