Title: Xbmc And Mxm Problems Caused By >137 Bios?

i'm sure this has been addressed already, but haven't found any help on it.  i'm using a 250gb hd with the 4977 bios (with the >137 patch).  anyway, using this bios i've been unable to run either xbmc or the newest mxm.  is there an alternative bios that will work or are the next updates going to address this issue?
