I have a similar problem. I download the Matrix Reloaded Trailers and since XBMP 2.3 didn't have support for .mov i decided to convert them and so i converted them to XVID. Well after the conversion the size of the files had doubled, mainly becuase i told it to do 100% quality. And whenever i play them on my xbox they start to get choppy. If you go to info will the video is playing you can see the cache and its usually in the 1's or 10's.  I suggest reencoding and try to get the file size down.

MMM Glad I am not the only one having these problems, I have upgraded to 2.4 complex release and the prob is still there, all films that dont work seem to work fine on the pc.

It must be an xvid encoding issue as It only seems to affect some xvids not all though.

Strange ....
