Post by: Scan-C on May 05, 2003, 10:28:00 AM

I find that on some movies the ff/rew works correctly, however on others it is awful. eg. x2 works ok but if I select x4 it actually fast forwards about x20, same if I press rewind x2 it actually goes about x20.

This was the same on XBMP 2.3 and an April CVS build. Any ideas?

Select speeds using the dvd remote by pressing ff/rew more than once, or using the triggers on the controller.

Any ideas why on some movies it doesn't go at the correct speed?

similar problem here. I can fast forward through movies and mp3's but after about 30 seconds, fast forwarding stops, and all sound is muted. From here I need to reboot.

When i try to fast forward MP3's its pretty gay because you dont get a normal FF liek you would expect, just a timer spinning round and you got to stop it when it egts to the time u want. Also using the controller on the windowsmediaplayer bar thing the controlller is WAAY tooo sensative. one tap and your nearly at the end of the file...
