Title: Getting Mono Sound (l Or R) In Xbmp

Hi everyone.  I was just wondering whether any one figured out how to output only L side or right side of a mpg file?  

I wish to do this because most Chinese VCDS have two audio options Left side for Cantonese and Right side for Mandarin.   Since each speaker is speaking different dialogs i can't understand a damn thing.
