Title: Xbmp2.2 - Divx And Xvid
Post by: inciter on January 21, 2003, 11:53:00 AM
I can tell you that it's not your hardware. When this happens it's the conversion to the DVD DVIX SVCD VCD it self. For instance if you look at the dely in sync you will or should see its about 10 seconds off. This is the basic not allways but if it is about 10 seconds off its 100% the coding of the file. See when they code the DVix or Vcd the sound and the picture are merged into one. AC3 files are notorious for this problem.

When you are playing the dvix file the sound and the picture are as one so it can't be the hardware looking for the sound and then trying to match it with the picture. Find a new source for dvix and or get reading up on your conversion software if your doing it yourself.

Yes, its a common bug with XBMP2

Actually its up and down to sync the audio and
left and right to sync the subtitles.

Get the manual here:
