Title: Is My Xbox Finished?

Hey,
I am trying to flash my TSOP with raincoat. I jumpered the 3 points... and I get a stange error 0x484B5... my xbox is still running, but I dont know wha to do. Any ideas?  <

What version Xbox do you have?  What 3 points did you solder?  If you are speaking of the Ground/LPC/A points then you still have to bridge the two flash points.

Ok.. it is a 1.4 or 1.5... the points that I bridged are:R7D10, R7D2 and the one on the back.. dono the point.. but its a little under the tape. Raincoat was able to erase it.. does that mean there was no soldering problems??
Please replay ASAP, I am gonna try anothr xbox 2morrow.. i really need to get this working.  <

Still running?  Try running raincoat again.  DO NOT REBOOT THE XBOX UNTIL YOU'VE SUCCEEDED IN FLASHING THE BIOS, unless you want to fit a modchip instead.

yeah dont shut the xbox off, and try reflashing....use newest raincoat 07  <

and don't come near the eject button. the xbox will, once shut off or rebooted, frag. try to get a raincoat.conf on there which has about every flashtype. eject the drive with the eject command in linux and get it back in with the mount command. this way you can load a disc with the new raincoat   <
