are the xecuters 2.3 out yet? cuz i went to system-mods.com and i saw them there and i was wondering i have either a v1.4 or v1.5 and im guessing it has a bad flash cuz it dont want to turn on. it goes on then off then on then off then blinks red/green and it was all working great until i flashed so i want to get axecuter modchip. if i get an xecuter modchip will the xbox work again? how do i determine if its a v1.4 or v1.5 does it matter what version it is? if i get a xecuter modchip. or what should i get what is the best modchip for v1.4 and v1.5

it will work with a modchip, the x2.3 is a good chip, and it will work with your box regardless of whether its a 1.4 or 1.5 (with a 1.5 youll just have to use the extra power adaptor or whatever, im not sure what comes with the chip)
