Title: Xduke Mods

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone can please tell Me why my controller
config keeps getting reset after I play a mod.
I set it up great in Duke 3d, but as soon as I select a mod it gets
set to some other config, so that even my save game on duke 3d
is now stuck with the config too...

Any help would be appreciated.
