I was able to convert a retail Xbox (which had a board with some goofy traces) into a second devit using the spare board. I have pictures of the process at this gallery for those who might be curious:

Any chance of selling the second one?

I am holding onto it for the moment. It will likely go to 1 of 2 developers that I have already decided on and it will cost them as much as these cost me: $0.
It's cool. Figured you probably had someone lined up anyways. I'll just stick to 360 dev.

It's useful for low-level stuff like xbox linux, bios development and debugging of kernel. But if you are only developing regular apps, yup, Hyper_Eye is right
Yes I'm aware of that. The additional memory would easily be greatly beneficial. The only reason I was interested in owning a developer's kit is mostly for low level reverse engineering. CBXB and Linux mostly.
