Title: 'debug' Won't Debug?

I have a 1.6 box running Yoshi's final-256k-2005_1.6 debug bios, and have the 5933 Dev kit installed.  When I build an app in Debug mode in VS, a warning pops up saying

'xboxkrnl.exe' does not contain debugging information. (No symbols loaded.)  Click OK to debug anyway.  

If I hit 'OK' VS enters the regular debug mode but when the code runs, it never catches the breakpoint anywhere in the code. When I stop debugging, the app on the box stops and returns to the Debug Dash, just as it should.  I just can't make it 'catch' any breakpoints...   I read Hydra's Tut on making a retail box run as a dev kit, but it does not work for me.  Any ideas/people ever experiance this?

Sorry for replying to a very old post, but it might help somebody else to read this.
The problem went away after switching debug BIOS (just tried lots of them out) & finally settled for:  Yoshihiro_Debug_1.6_512k_Beta.
Got it working on my 1.6 box with Xenium Ice, XDK v.5849, had to unlock hdd.

IND-Bios 5003 works fine
