Sry but you deserve that for not reading NFO (or guides all over the internet)
What did you want to do with it anyway, not reading readme's doesn't seem like a developerspirit at all.
But it's too late for that I think you need to flash your modchip through some other method (USB, RS232, hotswap? etc.) with a BIOS with embedded EEPROM. Your HD is probably fuxed too so try a bootable homebrew disc like Slayers and fix partitions.

In WinRAR go to the location that you extracted the XBOX SDK to (i.e. the place that had xdksetup5558.exe in it) and double click (open) XDKRecovery5558.exe (yes, open, not run the .exe)
Might not be as obvious as some readmes, but it was specified even in the tutorial used... Blame yourself buddy

You should read fghjj's post. You wiped the contents of your eeprom, so most mod bios's will not boot. Nothing to do with the functionality of your chip.
PS: If you didnt have a real debug/dev kit you had no business running the recovery CD. Hence the readme.

x2 4977 bios will boot with a hosed EEPROM. Boot with it, and restore your EEPROM with Configmagic.

too bad .... so sad.
Not only did I get it installed successfully I got it installed on a SOFTMODDED xbox...
thats about 3 times harder.
sorry but I doubt your going to find anyone to pity you... next time read the fucking manual.

You have killed it mate. Its only good for parts. PM me if you wanna sell it.
-
Thanks for all you said . I will try (but I think my mod is really dead (maybe)).
-
IND bios works without an eeprom or tsop. Try loading that and booting it then restore your eeprom.
