My rootfs file is 3 gigs! What is this rootfs file?

boXplorer says my file is 3.145.728.000 bytes. So isnt that 3.1 gigs? How do i make this file smaller? Out of the total 4.881GB on my E: drive there is only 0.794GB left. I need more room.

So if i remove linux it should give me more room? The HDD game with linux already on it and i never use it so can i just delete it?
