Title: Reboots Three Times Red Lights

alright so I dig it out of the closet, I go to power my xenium ice up and it reboots twice before coming on with no video output, the third time it reboots it and stays on with a red light on both the external led as well as on the chip itself. I checked the lpc connections, resoldered the do and the grounds but cannot find what went wrong. can anyone help?

if the xbox LED is solid red something is majorly wrong. EEPROM may have been corrupted, motherboard is dead, etc.
