What is the usb port for that comes with the xenium spice chip and how do you install it?

It's acctually for several things. A. Flashing bios off a flash/thumb drive b. using a thumb drive as memmory card to transfer xploits etc to xboxes c . for a usb mouse or keyboard

You stick it in the controller port to "install" it

You put the little circuit board with the 4 gold wires face up and push it into the port. It fits rather snugly underneath the platic piece in the center of the port. When its all the way in the usb port will stick out approximately a quarter inch, not much at all...

That little USB thing mounted on the square board is an adaptor, not a storage device. Any device that uses USB can connect through it... such as usb keyboard and mouce for linux. Or a usb memory stick for flashing a bios to the mod chip. All this little thing does is rearrange wires so you can conveniently connect usb devices. A usb hard drive should work, but i have not tried it. If linux can run it, then chances are it will work through the USB adaptor.
