is the Voltage for LED are 'universal'...
I mean,
-is all Blue 5mm LED 3,5-4V???
or it can change??
'cuz I receive my LED but nothing with it to say the voltage...

all standard leds come voltage of 3V-3.7V unless u specifically ordered 5volt leds
