I have one green S and one blue S. Mint externally, only after playing with either for awhile the system will fail to recognize them and it says "controller unplugged". Unplug, then plug again, plays fine.

I also have one brand new black S (unopened blue bag.

Trade you for Hitman, KotOR, DOA 3, and THUG.

I tested to see if it were a prob with the break aways, but that wasn't it. It has to be a loose wire.

Throw in either Deus Ex or Mech and it's a deal.

What kind of refs you got? Willing to send first? I'm honest (refs in sig).
