If you have a grudge, compliment, or anything on your mind you can feel free to post it here as long as it deals with my moderating position.  I will not take it personally but please try to make it constructive and not just a giant flame.  You may flame if you please but it will not get your point across as clearly.

Well I've only been around here a short while, but you seem fair, to the point and not rude.  You seem to answer a heck of a lot of posts too, so hats off to you....

If it wasn't for people like you and all the other moderators and admin, We wouldn't be where we are today with the Xbox!!!   Kudos to you and all the other great people on X-S!!!!!!   Keep up the Good Work!!!  :beer:

well, I am trying to do the right thing,  I will screw up from time to time but as long as I get some feedback it will be great.  I was expecting a bit more flame but this is great. Thanks people.

You're doing a great job moderating.  You're doing a great job making sure people follow the rules, and you're doing a great job helping others as well :) .  Once again, great job!

I think that the fact that you are looking for feedback is a great sign.  There are certain mods on this site that would never ask for other people's opinions on how they are doing, so I give you props.  Plus, you seem to be doing a great job at it too.

Lepper is tight... His program, Craxtion (I think thats his), has really implemented me backing up my games!  :)
