Title: Adding Custom Music

I tried searching here and google, and turned up no results except for that it is part of a C++ program. Most of the games that are on my modded xbox's hard drive are .RWS when it comes to audio files. Is there any way that I can encode my music to .RWS file type so i can ftp them into my xbox and replace the old ones?
