It is 100% unmodded throughout it's whole life, the dvd drive is untouched.
If I ever come across a JTAG'able Xenon then I would put it on sale with JTAG hack included.

There is no form of memory on the console, however I can put XeXMenu on the disc, as it can be run from the disc drive as well.
$285 for an Xenon XBOX 360 Pro with 60GB HDD and A/V cables and everything pre-loaded (XeXMenu etc).

No, it's stock Xclamps, the x-clamp fix just makes the problem worse, not better. A reflow is the only way to go.

I can throw in the A/V (Composite) Cable with the $369 console, and all consoles come with a NAND backup CD. XeXmenu is only if it comes with a HDD (Which it won't).
If you want a HDD, We have a brand-new official 60GB HDD for $50.
