i have started to produce our colony tshirts with various designs if you want you can even include yours! they are offered on our website but you can PM and ill sell you one.

Are you serious? Who emailed you if it was MS than thats proof right their that they are behind ourcolony.net and that they are watching us :o  :unsure:  not that their wasnt all ready proof of this. <

They wouldn't be contacting him for the Colony stuff... it'd be for the XBox name and logo... it'd be one thing to give 'em out, but to sell 'em is a huge issue.

EDIT: A work around is to "give out for free" and charge shipping and "handling" fees  ;)
