Well it is true that I didnt do rapid fire until I reached max rank, but I rarely did bust out the modded semi weapons, and used the desert eagle most of the time. I posted this because I did just spend money last week on mods that probably will never work the way they should have without this patch...just because it was possible, even when I finished all my challenges I kept playing.
