Title: Cheapmod Flash

ok i installed mod chip a cheap mod and it works great i turn it on it says to insert a cd i know what bios i am going to use and i have aquired the bin its 256k.  my only question is what next? as far as how to i make a bootable disk to that i can write the bios then how can i move on to the enxt stpe in which creating and installing evox which i already have downloaded
