I am backing up and writing to DVD no differently to anything else i have done but it just will not boot. To the guy that said no, what is your method.
I am using Evo X and just copying across to PC and burning in Prassi as Data UDF.

I extracted the files from the ISO using XDFExtractor and burned in data mode using RecordNowMax.

I have finally sorted the problem. I tend to use SmartFTP rather than FlashFXP when transfering xbox backup to PC. I always get a problem with Flash in that it loses connection often and I have to keep reconnecting. Anyhow, I have been using SmartFTP for a while now with no problems. Having this problem with Fifa 2003 made me try FlashFXP once again (more in desperation than anything else) and it found a lot more files for Fifa 2003, after burning to DVD it now works. Anyone know why this should have happened? Also, has anyone got an answer to why I keep losing connection in FlashFXP as I would now prefer to go back to using it?

Which version of Evolution-X do you have installed on the Xbox?

RecordNowMax is to the Xbox as Diskjuggler was to the DC.

They just seem to "go together".

I have Evolution X version 1.8.458 and Enigmah mod chip

Evolution-X 1.8.4xx had problems with FTP xfers.

You should REALLY upgrade to the far more recent 1.8.28xx since you are using a rather old version.

Remember that the new version also uses a different configuration file.
