highten the gripscale on a powerfull car.

Then tune it. More torque, turbo, slightly lower final ratio, max torque curve on all, etc... How had can it be? Everyone else here fixed this more or less by themselves, and it says right there in the inifile what the settings are.

If you're unsure of what torque or grip is just google it.

turn the power and grip way up.

my Lightning has torque of 9999 with a gripscale of 6.  it will wheelie on command, but don't expect sane cornering.

i've been playing with the direction-specific gripscales a bit, and now have a Mustang that acts like it's on slicks when going forward, but doesn't try to flip over in turns.

just play with stuff.  remember, you have the original file right there on the game DVD, so if you screw something up it's not the end of the world.

edit: We really need a pin about the details of the INI so we can have less nooblets asking questions like this.  Preferably something similarly detailed to HSDEMONZ post in the Rainbow 6 forum

Why don't you take a chill pill noob?.. Almost everyone else here understands how to edit things, if you don't it's your issue so stop yelling at others when it's you that can't slove simple issues as highten torque etc..

Noob?
Actually dipshit, I created a new account to change my old username.
And the fact is, I joined in March, as opposed to September.... rolleyes.gif

And for what it's worth, the reason my postcount isn't higher is due to 1) I work things out by myself without needing people to hold my hand, 2) I (usually) only post when something I have learnt can help someone, and 3) I'm sick of likes of you.....

Actually you're the only noob here. As you can see, if you take the time, Mr Clown is quiet active in this part of the forum - and he understands how to tune his cars the way he likes them.

Just because he has a low post count, it doesn't mean he has no common sense, he clearly explained maybe why you got flamed, as far as i know this has nothing to do with xbox modding, but on how to use the forums and ask questions. So the noob remark really doesn't have any point behind it.

I totally disagree. If you took time to read knicksrule's posts, and his posts vs. Mr Clown's there is no question if knicksrule is a rude noob and that he's the last here to call Mr Clown a noob.

There wouldn't be a problem if people like you didn't go thread digging replying to 4 month old posts.

Leave it alone if you have an issue with it.

Create a new thread next time, with images of it aswell (Use XIG). Thread digging is  "no no".
