I'm trying to change some clothes, tats and hair, but i can't get sa to use a modded player.img file.
I'm useing TXD workshop, and i get scrambled images when i click on the sa components,
<-click_for_higher_rez
...but when i load a replacement .txd i get a clear view,
<-click_for_higher_rez
Anyways when i rebuild the archive, and try it in sa, it freezes whenever i try to wear the new shirt.
I've tried 3 different versions of txd workshop, and i've tried, IMGTOOL, and nothings working.
Have i missed a step somewhere? Do i have to change the .txd into hex first or something?

its scrambled in a xbox SA format. the new one has to be scrambled in the same way for it to function correctly.
most of these mods are pretty hard to get to work but if you wanna try, you can play around with this tool
