Added a TV Button to the current build of MC360. This let's you have both a "Movies" and "Television" Button without having to use "Library Mode". Easy install.....Just D/L...and follow the steps in the "Read Me" file. I should mention this works for 16:9 aspect ratio. May edit the XML for 4:3 sometime. We'll see.
Here is some pics.....

I guess no one wanted this one....so I'm not going to bother with editing the Xml for the 4:3 aspect.

Hey, only a newbie to tweaking skins , but I just spotted your post and have installed the mod. Much prefer your separate Movies & TV buttons to the single Videos one - just need to tidy my PC (create separate folders) then work out how to alter my settings to default to the right ones! Thanks for giving me a challenge.
-
make the folders on your F or G partition. edit the settings.xml ( in XBMC/Userdata) to to look for those folders by default. Glad someone liked it.
-
Hey FourTwentySmiles i also use it very cool mod. Can you still edit the Xml for the 4:3 aspect?
Thanks.
-
yeah me to bro
-
sure....give me a half hour or so. Glad you all like it. anyone had problems with it?
-
No problems here, it worked fine for me.
Just let us know when you done editing the Xml for the 4:3 aspect
and post a link to d/l again.
thanks.

Here ya go......TV Button for 4:3 Aspect ratio.
Same deal....Read the "Read Me" file.
-
Hey FourTwentySmiles thanks for the quick update
This mod is so cool.
-
thanks for this mod. i'll be trying it out tonight.
-
Beastmaster.....you pm'd me the other day saying that the mod no longer worked on the new build of XBMC.
There shouldn't be any problems at all.....this isn't a modification of XBMC...it's a SKIN mod.
MC360 hasn't had an update in sometime......I actually think Team Blackbolt is calling it "finished". ( Don't hold me to that though.....)

Once the mod is installed and working properly. If you wanna add a SMB source to ,the already established, Xbox HDD source......do this.
Go to the TV source panel ( the screen with your "tv source", "video source" and "add source" buttons) highlight the tv source, press white button. go to "edit source".....and add your SMB source to the exsisting source. This tells XBMC to look at both places for media
After restart, when you click the TV button, it will show everything in both the xbox's drive and the SMB drive.
When you "set content" to build or add your library, this will scan media both xbox and SMB sources.
How many times did I just say source? LOL
