Anyone who know a good site with wallpapers on a Super Nintendo System 640 x 480? want make a skin for xsnes9x...

wallpapers for computers are at smallest 800 x 600. So you might possible have to resize the picture to match your needs or find a picutre by luck that matches your size want. When I make my skins, thats how I do it. If you want something from a videogame, you might want to look for pictures (some people call them snapshots) from the game. Do a google image search. From one skin maker to another, thats what I do.
Also I take images from the video capture from one of my computers. So I actually hook up a system to my computer and take pictures from there.
