Title: Slim Hitachi-lg Drive Swap Possible?

So I have had a jtag for a long time now and went to get a new slim as I got tired of no online. So I got a Hitachi-LG DLN10N drive that seems to garner the least amount of interest in the hacking scene. I can't even find any info on if it is even being worked on ATM. So I ask is there a way to swap drives to one of the Lite-ON's Or is all hope lost ATM. I just recall how crappy my phat Hitachi was and I am hoping this doesn't have the same fate as that drive go next to no love from anyone.
