Maybe it was TSOP flashed with an Xecuter bios?

The bridged points on the motherboard would have been a lot easier to overlook than a modchip. They might have even been bridged on the bottom of the board.

Have to tried to boot the Hexen or AID discs to see if it will load them?

If the startup screen shows the X2 logo and there's no modchip, then the TSOP must be flashed with an X2 bios.  Hexen is definitely the easiest way to put XBMC onto your Xbox.

Ahaa! Thanxs! I'm new with xbox modding and stuff so i was looking my ass of for a modchip..
But! You talked about the hexen disc! Could you please tell me a bit more about where to get it and what it does, and what softmod i would have to install with it.
Thanxs in advance!

Google for "Heimdall's Xbox Engineering Disc" and you should be able to find it pretty easily.  As for softmodding, there's no need.  Your Xbox's TSOP (aka: onboard bios chip) is already flashed with a hacked bios, which gives you the same capabilities as a modchip.  Your next steps are to install XBMC and configure your bios settings to boot XBMC, both of which Hexen can do for you.
