The swap doesnt infact work, but I dont know about your Pioneer DVD-rw drive if that is the problem but you have to use an original game or a demo disk in the xbox drive and when you load you have to close the Pioneer DVD-rw drive first then close the xbox drive rite after and you should be ok. Try that and if it dont work it could be the game your using, make sure the game works or its the Pioneer DVD-rw. good luck L8R
