ok, we al know abou the recent sites that has been taken over.. but is kinda weird is that i have had 2 "newbs" hit me up on MSN messenger asking about illeagle stuff (back-up's, software, ect..)not really where to get it but if i had them. i couldn't help them out becasue i had NO idea what they were talking about..  all'z i'm saying is i think we should really keep a tight lip because i think our "friends" are with us know at the scene.. watching over us

btw, state if you had more newbs pm'n, emailing, or other (aol, msn) asking for info

yeah, real weird stuff here too.   has been happening to me for over a month now though, ever since i got my first letter from m$ about my site.  they are definitely here, and have been for a long time i think.  like califsurfer said, don't trust anybody.

I really don't like what's going on these days... I don't think they are ready to prosecute individuals/consummers right now, but if you like you have been a nasty boy, I suggest going through your post history and sweeping the personnal info. Just in case.

I'd be tempted, but there's too many stickies at the moment.

The problem with pleading newbs is more an indication of the proliferation of easy-to-install modchips, then anything else.

Those of you who have been here for years or whatever, especially the ones who get involved with illegal activities, should send each other a list of people that have asked you for illegal STufF and compare.

Just a thought, but maybe you lot were doing that already.

Also, how can you be prosecuted for telling someone where to look for illegal STufF, if they download it or do something illegal with it then that's their fault, not yours.

For now, I'm just curious, and I think it's a bit low for M$ to put people in here to snoop.

I wander if MS ever buys loads of modchips just to take them off the market?

I was actually wondering if MS actually made or designed any of the modchips, for reasons which have been explored in other threads.
