there are a couple ways to do it. one is to buy the transfer kit that is available at retail that will read an xbox memory card and xbox 360 memory card and transfer back and forth(to pc also). another way is to hook up your 360 hard drive directly to your pc and transfer from there. of course you need to already have your saves stored on your pc and using xplorer 360(or whatever it's called). and yet another way is to buy datel's 360 hdd to usb adapter and use xplorer 360 on your pc. i think that device got pushed back cuz their site now says summer release and i haven't seen it anywhere yet.
do some reading on these forums to find more information.

Hey, I need to do the same thing and I have the datel Xbox 360 transfer kit, but it will not let me transfer xbox data to the 360. Is there any way to do this that I am missing? I would use the explorer360 software but I do not want to tamper with my memory card, is there anyway to use the exlorer 360 software with the datel USB transfer kit?
-Thank you

Nevermind guys I got it, you can do it without modding your memmory card, you just need to get the detal transfer kit, DO NOT INSTALL THE SOFTWARE!!! you just need the USB connector, then use xplorer360 at 360gamesaves.com, then follow the tutorials on how to install the correct drivers, its alot better than cutting open the memory card.
See you later

Arggg, you need to connect the Xbox 360 HDD directly to the computer with something such as the 360Sata or the Datel XSata in order to transfer Xbox 1 saves to the 360 HDD.
