Title: Gentoox Help With Swapping Hard Drive Problem With Iso

ok i need help with downloading the iso to launch chimp thru a cd-r and i write the iso to the disc but it doesnt read it and says please insert boot disc!!! is there a certain way i need to write the iso for the box to read it? please someone help!!!
