I come from Germany and have German english boot CD provided with UnleashX
with these CD would like I to show which with UnleashX of everything is possible!
The features:
Bi Lingual
you can select between German and english

u CAN upload a *.torrent LINK file to #xbins! but not the whole cd.
-> users can dl the link file and over this link they can download the file from any webspace.
(like slayers auto installer torrent link.)

havent tried installing cause i got no need for it since i already got everything on hd,
but it will come in handy when i need to do some clean installs.
some comments/suggestions:
-the translation is not entirely ok. Aplications to Administration could better be called Administration applications
- the name simple installation, does seem odd. i tried it and i got the question to format all partitions
now thats not what i had in mind. Could you call it Clean installation?- same goes for extended installation. Could you make that Custom installation?
-the MS Dashboard link on the menu isnt functioning, better remove it cause it takes a long time to reload the boot cd again
-is there no way to speedup the startup? i can live with a 1 minute black screen but a faster startup would be nice
- why is there a xbmc upgrade/install?
- why is the network ip static? dhcp would be more useful to most?
well nuff said, besides these points it rox, keep updated versions coming

The Boot Time:
UnleashX can not fast readin 3150 lines on config.xml
go faster when i split the cd on two cd´s German english!
is not so gut!
when i put ja default.xbe on other folder with englich config.xml dosent work...
unleashx read not the config...
my first test
d:\ default.xbe + config to chose a language and starts unleash x german from d:\german english from d:\english
unleashX read not in the config from underfolder

However, it seems a lot of work went into making an UnleashX INI file and skinning. Could just those UnleashX install files be released, because those could be interesting by themselves.
A delay showing the screen while a dashboard reads a 3,000+ line INI file? Hmm, I haven't heard of that problem before. This could be worked around by splitting the INI file up into multiple files. One possible way to accomplish this would be to place the different INI files in different directories, and create multiple copies of the executable, and just run a different executable in order to load the INI file.
This is a sloppy way... Maybe it's time for dash authors to take a look at INI file parsing and start supporting multiple INI files without the need to actually re-load a different copy of the dashboard. At least a progress bar would be better than what I'm reading about here, although showing the problem rather than making the user wait wouldn't really be better than just solving the problem.

After you download it, you can use Craxtion to extract the ISO. Then just take out some of the files like Gentoox. This will cut down the file size substantially. After you have removed the files, create the new ISO and burn it. this is how i update my Slayer auto-installer with new bioses and apps. hope this helps.

A day and a half 92 percent - now for hours nothing coming in 0kbs - yet 30 kbs still going out - this is buls..t. torrent ... yeah right ! Twice as much has gone out than what has come in.
No link for this anywhere yet ? Would have taken about 10-15 mins from a good srver.

upped almost 3 gigs so far on my lil trailer park pc.
i'm almost done with my d/l, but i'll keep the torrent open for a couple days to help out. i hope others will do the same to speed up the distro. it just made the x-s front page so maybe more people will start their torrents and speed up the transfer.

xselect dont work with onder folder..........
Frinds found verry GIB Bugs for cleaninstall E, F and G! dosent work rename1 error.....

copy the config.xml from atachmend to the extract folder...
Burn again DVD-UDF with Nero and please check the xbox tm copatibiliy mode!
or macke a new iso from the folder!

Rest assured my torrent client and firewall is proper .... I am a fan of BitTorrent.

put the dvd in your drive and copy all foders from D via ftp on your PC
and change the config.xml in root directory......
Burn again with nero or favotit rogramm wath can burn udf filesystem........

use DVDdecrypter
1. Put DVD boot disc in dvd drive
2. Open dvddecrypter
3. Read/make ISO file
4. When done use Qwix to extract ISO
5. Fix
6. QWIX back to ISO
You will not be able to access the files from the DVD drive but it will read it and make an ISO

I have already done this (and corected the grammer) in the english portin of the sctipt.
You could also reduce the loading time to 1/2 by releasing 2 versions. One being german, and the other english.

You could always have 3 copies of UnleashX for the loader... A MAIN (would have 2 menu options, English, and German) and then the other 2 for the separate languages.. This would make the load time almost instant, then after selecting the language you would have to wait about 30 sec for it to load the other <language specific> version of UnleashX... if you would like, i can make this for you.... and upload it to wherever you want... (then, should you have it translated into other languages, all you would have to do is create another directory, insert unleashx.xbe, and make a link to it from the main unleashx.xbe) I've been working hard on this, and I've almost completed it. As far as the translation, i have the English translation completed, and now I'm working on separating the languages into 2 different versions of UnleashX (like i recommended above).
Example:
- UnleashX #1 located @ d:\default.xbe <see below>
- UnleashX #2 located @ d:\lang\german\unleashx.xbe <contains the german portion of your installer>
- UnleashX #3 located @ d:\lang\english\unleashx.xbe <contains the english portion of your installer>

Then have the current config.xml seperated per language for its respective dash...
Using this method the boot time is about 8sec (a little less) and 25 sec after language selection.
You would have to make the skins path NON-RELATIVE for the skins to work.

no there is no certain attitude for a bank. over gentoox to loose-will must you the ISO to unpack and in \exuser\experimentell\Gentoox gentoox delete and then the files in the UDF format to burn.......

yes, that was my first away. only if config on each box one does not read in correctly and skin this wise nothing is not functioned worth. those writes the text is too long for a standard skin. I would like to make it gladly in such a way and have it at the beginning also so made however unfortunately go it no longer correctly under Unleashx. I will try it out if a new UnleashX version out. Thanks for the translation config.xml I do not become however a new version before a new UnleashX out is. I will again test everything.... that is the correct way!
can I announce to you if I the new version provide myself for translating? I would like to clean-bring gladly still few functions like automatic backup...... have you still ideas which is missing or purely could?

i clicked on the proxy setup thing, but it always comes up with "ein fehler" i assume an error in something i write in. im not sure about the "ident" part. could someone please tell me what im doing wrong? thanks

Once I get this disc, I'll first need to install a bios correct? The Bios update is not included on the disc is it? After installing the bios, then I just boot from this install disc and things are easy from there? Let me know.
