Tony is an excellent guy! I have more than 15 email replies from him in just under a week lol.

Well what can i say but VERY RECOMMENDED.
I have placed a couple of orders with xbox-chipz and I must say the service is excellent. I even asked him for advice on various chips and flashing etc and got a great response.

2) however e-mails were replied promtly even for stupid questions
3) the chip was sent with a 2 day delay (not that bad really)
4) chip sent in a padded envelope inside a small plastic shield. It worked fine but i guess a tiny box would be more sensible.
5) overall recommended. i will buy again

Spot on. The Xecuter 2.3Pro wasnt in stock when I ordered, and it was delevered the day after they received them. Check the main news page on their site for updates of stock. I recommend these guys.

I made a purchase order dating back to 2/4/2004 When the site stated chips were in stock. I emailed them the 24th of February about the chip where they apologized for not having the chips in being a few weeks behind. I waited and today 3/5/2004 still no sign of order. NEEDLESS to say I emailed them and canceled my order... I may never try that site again. I am sure it was an isolated event and "luck you" for those that were more successful with this site.

Delivery was fast, replys to emails was good also.
The only think that made me nervous ws the lack of a contact number, but my goods came as promised and the chip was in perfect condition.
The status area on the site is also good, as they were out of stock when i ordered, but as soon as one got in i knew about it :-)
I will certainly be using this company in the future.

This is the first time I have used Xbox-chipz and if this is their typical service, I can recommend them to anyone.
In reply to some of the posts questioning the sturdiness of the packaging, as far as I can tell the plastic container and padded envelope seem to be standard for chip sellers. Even the more expensive sellers.

now it was about 2 weeks ago i got those chips.....went to use the last one yesterday and found that one of the pogo pins was broken off.....
sure enough.....i emailed tony.....he got back to me within 2 hours....and my chip is off today for a free replacement

Try harder modchipstore.com!!! not only did your sales team suck, your after sales support was non existent. Super Aladdin live with no pre installed bios, and no working means of flashing one was about as much use as a Refridgerator in Antarctica.
