Title: [pcsxbox] Thunder Force V
Post by: yutaro on September 06, 2006, 10:47:00 AM
I'm looking at the pcsxbox compablilty list and it says "Thunder Force V Perfect System JAP  Yes, 100%"
I'm assuming that 100% means that it works, but for some reason I get no music at all and there's no sound during the CG cutscenes either. All other sound effects work though, but shoot-em up without fast-paced music is just... No.

Anyone else having the same problem? Is the lack of music something common in pcsxbox?

See if XA sound processing and CDDA are both enabled.  One or both might be involved with the lack of music in-game and the lack of sound during cut scenes.

I checked that both XA and CDDA were enabled, and I tried to change the plugin but without any luck. I figured there must've been something wrong with the image file itself so I made a new copy and the game worked flawlessly.
Thanks for the help anyway.
