Ok, I have been killing myself trying to do this. I have tried all kind of apps and tricks with .dds files but for some reason i can not take an image and convert it to a propper .dds to convert to .xbx. I just want to be able to create/edit game icons. Or make icons for all my apps that dont have them. Any help or tutorials would be great!

Well... hmmm... i dont know of that option and it would be great if someone explained it to me. But in the meantime i figured a way to do what i wanted.
1> I created some .png's to use as icons 200x150res
2> I looked in the idems.xml and found where UnleshX was looking for TitleImage.xbx
3> I placed appropriate .png's to there appropriate dir
4> I edited the items.xml to refer to these .png's instead of pointing to the TitleImage.xbx
eg.
Original items.xml said this:

DVD-X2

I changed to this:

DVD-X2

And i got the desired outcome.
This method took some considerable effort. If there is an easier way, please reply on how.
