Title: Trainer Menu Help

When I go to trainer for Brothers in arms I enable yes to turn on trainer and cheats. My question is how do I get the trainer to work in game. Example: Rt+U for like unlimited ammo. Sort of noob to this, what do Rt+U mean and how to i get it to work?  :)

IGK = In Game Key

Rt = Right tigger  Lt = Left trigger

U = up on d-pad

press them when you are playing the game.
