(IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) I get an external hard drive (3.5") and I would like to stream music from it to my xbox360.
I've formatted it as FAT32 but my Xbox still doesnt want to see it.
Dose the brand or any specs make any difference?
Any suggestion will help.

bad ide-to-usb cord?
could be bad usb port on the 360 as well.

The hard drive is ok as I used it with my computer.
The xbox USB should be ok; I test it with my photo camera.
I would buy another hard drive if I would now which brand is working.
Any other suggestions...

ahhh! The only other thing I can think of is that the hard drive wasnt FAT32 formatted. If that's not it then I cant think of anything else.

Did you accidentally format it as fat 16?
