Change Copy/move Directory In "xbox File Explorer"

ok, when i go into xbox file explorer, how can i move some files around to other drives besides the e:/??

also, can i browse my HDD using XBMP and playback video files that are .bik (xbox game video format)?

L and R change between two different game directories.  The white button gives you the options, and when copy/move is selected, it will move theselected items (using X) to the other folder.
